Given that PCT international patent applications filed from July 1, 2022 and new applications including sequence listing were requested by WIPO to comply with Standard ST.26, in order to convenient global data exchange and retrieval, TIPO decided to completely implement WIPO Standard ST.26 since Aug. 1, 2022, all the invention patent applications including nucleotide or amino acid sequence shall be checked for sequence listing complying with WIPO Standard ST.26. In addition, for the convenience of applicants’ international applications, from July 1, 2022 to July 31, 2022, applications with either current sequence listing or WIPO Standard ST.26 all can be accepted by TIPO.
