Ms. Wenhua HAN works as a patent litigator and patent attorney at the chemistry department in our firm. She is familiar with intellectual property business related to biological medicine, molecular biology, immunity technology, medical diagnosis, biological technology and etc., including patent application, examination, reexamination and invalidation, as well as administrative and civil litigation services.

Before working as a patent attorney, she engaged in scientific research in neuropsychopharmacology and molecular biology for many years. Since 2005, she has been engaged in patent business in our firm, and is good at helping applicants draft patent application and reply to office action. As a litigator, she has handled various stages of practical work including patent reexamination, invalidation, and administrative litigation.

She received Ph.D. in Neuropharmacology from Tokyo Medical and Dental University and Master degree in Clinical Medicine from Harbin Medical University, China. Before joining our firm, she worked as a researcher in Tokyo Institute of Psychiatry.
