Mr. Lirong has years of experience in patent drafting, patent prosecution, patent due diligence, freedom-to-operate and non-infringement opinions, invalidity analysis,  and reexaminations, across many technology areas.

Mr. Lin graduated from Zhejiang University with a Bachelor’s degree in Material Science and Engineering, he also graduated from University of New Hampshire School of law (Originally Franklin Pierce Law Center) with a joint degree of Master in Intellectual Property and Juris Doctor. After school, he became a registered attorney in Texas and a registered patent agent.

During his time in the U.S., he worked at both a boutique patent firm and an AmLaw 100 ranked firm. His helped clients from startups, tech unicorns to Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Lin has experience working with many different technologies, including machine learning, application security, content management systems, synchronization of content, point-of-sale systems, payment back-end systems, internet-of-things (IOT) device, mobile wallets, networking technology, integrated circuit, automobile-related technology, navigation systems, and medical devices.
