Mr. Shuo ZHANG is in charge of patent department and he is a patent litigator and patent attorney. While he has a solid business level, he also possesses advanced management concepts. He is good at Intellectual Property Business related to patent  in the technical fields of car body and chassis structure, vehicle transmission system, vehicle accessories, medical surgical device/apparatus, medical examination equipment, HVAC system, electrical engineering, automation technology, industrial design, such as patent application，examination，reexamination and invalidation, as well as litigation and non-litigation services of intellectual property.

As a patent attorney, he has been engaged in patent application and examination business in our firm since 2006. Before joining our firm, he worked in Beijing Jeekai Intellectual Property Co., Ltd. He has extensive experience in handling complex patent cases at the trial stage.

As a patent litigator, he has extensive experience in the practice of invalidation of patent cases and various stages of litigation. In more than ten years of work experience, he has focused on the accumulation of legal expertise and technical expertise, and gave full play to the advantages of legal expertise and technical expertise in the process of invalidation and litigation. He has successfully protected our clients' intellectual property rights in dozens of invalidation and litigation cases.
